The 3-day free trial
Every store starts with a 3-day free trial of the complete product. There are no feature gates during the trial — you get the full superAEO experience, exactly as a paying customer would, so you can see real visibility data across all five AI engines before you decide.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. Nothing happens automatically until you choose a plan and approve it on Shopify's confirmation screen.
Pro vs Max
Both plans track your brand across all five AI engines — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and DeepSeek. The difference is scale and the extra tooling Max adds on top.
- Pro — $39/mo or $429/yr
- Up to 10 tracked prompts, all 5 AI engines, weekly gap reports, prioritized improvement plans, the 6-dimension Readiness Score, the llms.txt generator, and up to 5 competitors.
- Max — $79/mo or $869/yr
- Everything in Pro, plus up to 20 prompts, up to 10 competitors, content briefs, CSV & PDF exports, and priority support.
If you're not sure which to start with, Pro covers most single-collection stores comfortably. Move up to Max when you need more prompts, deeper competitor coverage, or want to export reports for your team.
Monthly vs annual
Both plans are available on a monthly or annual billing interval. Annual billing saves you roughly 8% compared with paying month to month — the same product, billed once a year at a lower effective rate.
You choose the interval on the plan picker when you subscribe. There's a Monthly / Annual toggle right there, so you can compare the two prices side by side before confirming.
How billing works
All charges are handled securely through Shopify's billing system. They appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your other app and platform charges, so there's nothing separate to set up and no second account to manage.
superAEO never sees your card. When you pick a plan, you're sent to Shopify's own confirmation screen to approve the subscription. Payment details stay entirely within Shopify — we only receive confirmation of which plan is active.
Changing your plan
You can move between plans at any time. In the app, go to Settings → Change plan (also labelled Billing) to:
- Switch between Pro and Max
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
You'll approve the new subscription on Shopify's confirmation screen, just as you did when you first subscribed. Your tracking and history carry over — changing plans never resets your data.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Cancel before your trial ends and you're never charged.
- Cancel after you've subscribed and your access continues through the period you've already paid for — you keep full access until the end of that billing cycle.
If your trial ends without a plan
If your 3-day trial runs out and you haven't subscribed, superAEO switches to read-only. Your existing reports, scores, and history all stay visible — nothing is deleted. What pauses is new activity: fresh tracking runs and new generation (reports, plans, llms.txt, and similar) hold until you subscribe.
Your historical data is preserved in full while the app is read-only, so you never lose the work the trial produced.
